Susan Boundy-Sanders

Nearly all of us who live in Woodinville moved here for its wonderful quality of life. But as I talk with folks, most of us agree there is room for improvement.

And the same priorities rise to the top over and over again:

  • Pedestrian safety, especially sidewalks and crosswalks between neighborhoods and schools
  • Congestion relief for our crowded roads
  • Preserving Woodinville's "Country Living, City Style" and its northwest woodland character
  • Neighborhood safety, including snow removal to police protection to landslide prevention

Since 2004, I've been working for citizens as a neighborhood organizer, a city panelist, and now as the Vice Chair of the Planning Commission.

My priority has always been to find out what citizens need and want, and then figure out how to achieve it.

For me, the needs of Woodinville's people come first. Always have, always will.
